Really neat! My favorite thing is that you so perfecly cropped a square of it that I would expect it to be symmetrical along some axis but it completely fresh and random at every turn :D

I'm curious, is this actually two fractals superimposed on each other? Or one massively awesome flame? I can see evidence of it being one single fractal but I'm just not sure.

In any case, it is pure concentrated awesome. Defenite :+fav:! Keep up the good work!

Thanks very much for your kind comments. I love to hear what other artists think. This is one fractal run through the XS Julian script. I use scripts a lot. I really like to play with them and see what I can make. You can find a lot of scripts at :iconapophysis: at their Resource link in their journal.

As for the cropping, I actually just turned the fractal square on its points to make it look the way it does. :D :heart:

I will defenitely go and see if there are any cool plugins or scripts. I tend not to use scripts out of habit, but I've recently been more and more interested in them. Thanks for the link! I'll be sure to look there! :D

The cropping is still original and cool. I've never seen it done before so it is a really cool new perspective. ;)
